Returns Policy ( UAE - the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES)
If unsatisfied with the item(s) you ordered, we will give you a full refund, excluding the delivery charges. Provided that you notify us within seven days (starting from the day receipt of the item(s)
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- Please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box when trying footwear.
- All product tags must be in their original position.
- If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you, or it is faulty or damaged, we will refund the delivery charge you paid to receive that item.
- Due to the nature of customized orders (Name Prints, Number Prints), we will not be able to accept returns unless the customized pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
Any items on SALE or OFFERS can be exchanged with similar items if available.
Return and Refund process
- To initiate the return process, you can contact us via phone on +971 54 321 0700. You can also live chat with us 24 hours on WhatsApp or Via our Facebook or Instagram.
- We will inform our courier to pick up the items from your doorstep within two working days.
- Once your return has been received and accepted, we will refund via the original payment method, except CASH ON DELIVERY (COD).
- Cash on delivery orders can't be refunded using bank transfers, wire transfers, or cash. The customer will receive a credit note and can use it to buy products in our store. The credit note is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Any items on SALE or OFFERS can't be refunded and can only be exchanged with similar items if available.
